MATT CHARBONEAU
(shar-bo-no)

Sharing 40 years of sales, hand lettering, sign making, graphic design, design, fabrication, installation and the unique industry processes used to take a sign project from concept to completion.

One-on-One LIVE Training...

This very unique, one-on-one live virtual training works amazingly well because designers learn about the parts, pieces, terminology and processes - all the while asking questions, digesting answers and exploring what is and isn't possible in electric and architectural sign design.

This is not about the software!

It's about understanding what the electric sign design, fabrication and installation skillset process is all about, and how design affects the multiple departments within the sign company.

Real world stories - with world-class Dad jokes

And, along the way I provide colorful, anecdotal examples from 40 years of real-life sign shop experience, with humor as appropriate to help

cement the lessons deep into the gray matter memory banks.

Hand outs

Attendees will receive docs that reflect the topics covered during class.

I can use your pending sign projects...

When possible (and with a little bit of pre-class planning) one of your active in-house sign projects can be used as the training tool - so that designers can apply their new skills directly to their design project as they advance through the training.

Free 10 minute virtual "Intro-Session"

In this way, you can give it a try, take it for a spin, check out some of the visuals I use and see if it is the right fit for you and your team.
